Leslie has been part of the credit union movement since 1980. She helped form MECU in 1996 and has been CEO since 1999. She also serves on the board of directors for the Montana Credit Unions, the state trade association. A graduate of the University of Montana, Leslie is a past president of the Sentinel Kiwanis Club and is active in her church. She and her husband Bob enjoy spending time at their ranch with their three children and seven grandchildren.
